Great location, clean space, lots of kitchen essentials.
Difficult time getting in. Code don’t work. Customer support was hard to get to answer the phone and spoke poor English. Difficult to understand and took far too long to get into the unit.
Advertised as two beds in one room and a king room, was not this. Was two queen rooms and a sofa sleeper. Not what we needed for two families.

The location was perfect! Close to everything! The condo was big and the fold out couch was very comfortable. Loved the high ceilings and we could not hear the other guests in the other 2 condo's at all. Only one parking space however we rented a spot in lot H from Horseshow Lake for 3 days and it was only a half mile from the condo so that was convienient because we had 2 cars. A+ on everything!!!

Location was excellent, right on the edge of the strip next to a restaurant. The place was clean, spacious and bright. Generally exceeded expectations and value was great. Parking was very convenient considering how busy the town was. We arrived in town a bit early (with antsy young kids) and they allowed us to go in before official chick in time once the cleaners had it ready which was above and beyond. Communication by text was excellent.
The rental terms were a bit intense and made me want to get additional insurance just to be safe- condition at check out mainly. The 'fine print' clearly made it feel more like an air bnb than it did a hotel. For example, it said to leave everything in the condition it was found so we were worried about crumbs on the floor when we didn't have a vacuum, or dishes left to dry and not put away etc... I'm sure the management company is reasonable with this stuff in the end but it made us worry a bit. Lastly, don't do like I did and leave your phone in the room while running out to get coffee. You wont remember the door code and without a buzzer or any way to get anyone's attention inside you'll be stranded in the alleyway throwing snowballs at the window in a vane attempt at getting someone's attention. Some back up plan to avoid this would be smart, such as a buzzer to the rooms or management company.
