Das Personal war sehr nett.
bereits am Tag der Ankunft stellten wir im Chalet 249 einen extrem starken Fäkalgeruch fest. Nach einschalten des Kühlschranks wurde dieses Geruch noch stärker. Wir schliefen daher die erste Nacht bereits mit offener Veranda Tür und laufender Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Als ich am nächsten Tag die Rezeption darüber informierte, kam eine sehr freundliche Dame und sagte, dass das wohl am Kühlschrank liegen würde. Sie zog den Kühlschrank von der Wand ab und reinigte ihn an der Hinterseite. Danach schob sie ihn wieder an die Wand. Tatsächlich stank es für eine Stunde dann nicht mehr so stark. Als es aber wieder anfing zu stinken habe ich den Kühlschrank genommen und im Garten aufgestellt. Der Gestank war etwas weniger, aber immer noch unerträglich. Als ich an nächsten Tag der Dame noch einmal sagte, dass der Geruch nicht besser geworden ist, hat sie gemeint, sich darum zu kümmern. Es ist jedoch nichts passiert. Nach einer weiteren Nacht im Gestank haben wir es nicht mehr ausgehalten und haben am Samstag Morgen das Chalet verlassen. Enttäuscht und verärgert. Dieses Chalet ist in diesem Zustand auf keinen Fall vermietbar.

Voor weekje prima locatie, personeel ter plaatse meewerkzaam maar niet echt georganiseerd.
Was een prima huisje met voldoende ruimte. Rustige plek in het park.
Buitenruimte is versleten, hekje achter hangt er verloren bij.
