The location was excellent , I did not require breakfast altough it was on offer if required , Yani and family went out their way to make my stay absolutely wonderful

There was nothing I did not like , I was overjoyed with my stay .I would have stayed longer at the hotel but unfortunately there were no rooms available but Yani was so helpful and drove me to another nearby hotel closer to the airport , Yani's kindness was overwhelming , Yani is a wonderful asset to the hotel and I wish him and his family all the best for the future.

Tutto benissimo, ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro di Faliraki, la spiaggia è anche tutte le altre parti dell’isola. Struttura semplice, pulita a conduzione familiare e personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Senza troppe pretese ma con tutto il necessario. Colazione semplice ma con tutto il necessario. Bella piscina. Ombrelloni per la spiaggia libera disponibili. La camera era pulita, con le cose essenziali. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la presenza di un piccolo frigo. All’interno della struttura è disponibile anche acquistare acqua, bevande e snack.

The room was clean and the location is fab, not far from the lively street! The coffee from the coffee machine at breakfast is good!

The hotel double booked our room. Apparently they didn’t let the person know who deals with booking.com that the hotel was actually full so I was still able to make a reservation despite there not being any rooms. We were told we were “lucky” as they had made a mistake and accidentally reserved two rooms instead of one for a couple arriving the same day. However, we were given an old triple room instead of a newer double room which I had booked and paid for. I asked to be moved once a room became available, I was told that it was unlikely that one would come up but they would let me know. I didn’t hear anything. Nothing was done about their error. Shampoo isn’t provided, just a bar of soap so be sure to pack any toiletries you need! Despite the double booking at check-in, the lad who checked us in was friendly and welcoming. The other team members weren’t as much. Breakfast is limited and dip bowls are provided for the cereal, when I asked for a bigger bowl I was shown a cereal bowl and the lady seemed shocked that I would eat that much?! For what I paid to stay here in comparison to other rooms in the area, the room we received was not worth the money.
