Comfortable for a short stop.

The apartment was easy to find and to get in, and the rooms were great for our little family of four for one night. The beds were comfortable enough for a stopover on the way from Calais to the Pyrénées.

I was a bit disappointed that when we arrived the apartment smelt like cigarettes, and we were left with only one sheet of kitchen paper and no milk, tea or coffee, as was mentioned in the other reviews. Unfortunately we could not find a shop that was open at the time we arrived, so we had to find a café in the town for coffee, breakfast, etc.

Excellent place to stay in Chateauroux!

Andre was very accommodating. There was basic food and drink available, which was very useful to me on this occasion, so thank you! The property was very clean and well presented and had everything you needed for a short stay. It is very close to all amenities and restaurants and has parking right outside. A lovely, quiet and comfortable place to stay, where your every need has been considered, including WiFi and local information.

Absolutely perfect for us and our baby for a night and actually we wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful apartment with lots of nice little touches like butter, milk, juice etc and all amenities like washing machine, microwave. Really well kitted out and great location with free parking right outside

Surprisingly wonderful flat in great position hidden away

Location was central- 5 min walk or less to centre, facilities fantastic- everything you could want, breakfast provided was great. Overall hugely impressed

Very little not to like! Neighbourhood not so pretty, building a bit ugly with iron door. Had to park 40 metres from flat. These were very minor minor hses - overall it was great

great property in a great location. the host was kind enough to put out some milk, juice, bread, Nutella and coffee capsules so we were ok for breakfast in the morning and for those cheeky evening snacks.

although the place is great, it is lacking some character. some more art/ picture frames spread throughout the hallways and maybe the bathroom. also, lack of mirrors. specially for the ladies … I’d consider adding a tall IKEA mirror in every bedroom for when people are getting ready. this way we won’t have to head to bathroom every time we want to check our outfit

A quaint, comfortable and well appointed apartment with street parking, outside. Lovely!

As this was an apartment, breakfast was not provided but bread, coffee and every thing necessary for a very comfortable stay was provided. All the rooms were well designed and decorated, making for a most comfortable & pleasant stay. It was situated in town with easy parking just outside the residence with a short walk to the centre where there was a plethora of good restaurants . The surrounding buildings were interesting, of it's period, We had a very happy stay & would love to return.

La marche à suivre afin de se garer, d'entrer dans l'immeuble, de récupérer les clés.. tout nous avait été envoyé par mail la veille. Tout a été très simple. On n'a pas réussi à se connecter au wifi, un petit SMS au propriétaire qui a été très réactif. Logement très propre et aménagé avec goût. Une belle adresse à garder pour nous qui sommes amenés à venir souvent à Châteauroux. Merci Mr André 😁

Er was geen ontbijt, onduidelijk of dat erbij hoort. Uit de reviews blijkt de ene keer wel, de andere keer niet. Wel WiFi maar niet verbonden met internet. Ook Netflix werkte daarom niet

Logement très bien situé, propre et fonctionnel, mais que pour un week-end ou être le seul occupant

Tout était parfait, la literie exceptionnelle, la cuisine très propre et fonctionnelle, le chauffage via une climatisation très silencieuse et efficace, la salle de bain propre.

Le logement ne doit pas être très bien isolé, le voisin du bas nous a interpellé vivement, quand nous descendons l'escalier, et l'on entend parler et marcher au-dessus et en-dessous ; sur l'annonce, il y avait noté petit-déjeuner inclus...à part la dosette de café et les sachets de thé (très convenable au demeurant), nous n'avons pas trouvé de pain ou viennoiserie !!
