Great place!

Great place! It's cheap, clean, comfortable and close to a bus stop for easy access to the city. It feels safe to stay there and it's warm even if it's -10 outside

Clean, but very Smokey and bathroom/toilet unusual

Easy check in and clean

The toilet is literally in a cupboard, very small and claustrophobic. The bathroom had no sink, had to wash/clean teeth in kitchen! Kitchen items fairly basic. The place stank of smoke, the neighbours clearly smoke and it was really bad. It is also up several flights of stairs. I wish properties would state if there are lots of stairs (there are 56!)

Disappointed stay.

That flat was ok, there were more dislikes than likes sadly. First of all it was easy so enter the flat, that was good. But then when we entered the flat, the floor was dirty, you could see dust in the corners, and you could feel dirt on your feet, the cooker was left dirty after someone using it, there were some crumbs. The worst was the shower. Full of mould, all over the bath. And then the washing machine was completely disgusting, wasn't cleaned for months. I did complained to the owner, someone did come to clean it after 2 days of stay. Not perfect. Also would be nice to have a microwave, and a bedside table, by the bed. Also there was no sink in the toilet or bathroom. The only sink was in the kitchen. So brushing teeth was interesting.

The place was clean and comfortable! We had kitchen so we could prepare some food for ourselves. It's 4km from center,but good value. It has some shops nearby.

На Балтике главное погода, но и размещение не менее важно. В случае с этим жильем отдых приятнее.

Отличный объект размещения. Легкий заезд и беспроблемный выезд. Постоянная связь с хозяином. Чисто, аккуратно, хорошая звукоизоляция стеклопакетов. Утренние крики чаек практически не слышны. 3 этаж пятиэтажки, двор и подъезд ухожены. В общем, поставил бы 10, но чуть снижаю из-за санузла. Там всё в порядке, но не такой свежий ремонт как в остальном помещении.

Все ОК, но можно было бы обновить сотейник и сковородку.

Patiko tai, kad visur švaru, kambaryje erdvė neapkrauta, Visi reikalingi daiktai būvo.Tvarkingas butas. ✨ Viešnagė buvo maloni, atmetus kelis nesklandumus;) su šeimininke galima susitarti, malonus bendravimas. Mūsų nakvynė trūko 4 dienas.

Pritrūko vienodų taurių, vienos didelės kaldros,bet čia smulkmena. Papildomo vonioje kilimėlio. Visą savaitgalį būvo girdima garsi muzika iš lauko, kieme jau po 21 val sunkiai randama vieta mašinai. (Močiutės visada stebi kas eina 😄) Pasiūlymas - patarimas palikti papildomą patalines komplektą kai žmonės leika ilgiau nei 2-3 dienas.

Tikrai čia sugrįžčiau reikalui esant. Puikus kainos ir kokybės santykis.

Patiko, kad nereikėjo nieko derintis ir taikytis dėl raktų pasiėmimo ir palikimo. Labai patogu. Atvyksti kada nori, ir viskas. Yra visi reikalingi valgymo įrankiai ir talpos, kur galima kažką pasigamint. Net prieskoniai - druka, cukrus, aliejus, pipirai - taip pat yra. Netoliese skirtingomis kryptimis yra įvairių populiarųjų prekybos centrų, nesunkiai ir greitai pasiekiamų pėsčiomis. Taip pat barai, picerijos ir kitos reikalingos parduotuvės, reikalui esant.

Neveikė televizoriaus priedėlis, gal pultelio baterijos išsikrovę, gal tiesiog nebeveikiantis prietaisas, tad krepšinį teko žiūrėt telefonu. Tikiu, kad čia labai greitai ir paprastai išsprendžiama problema, vos tik šeimininkai apie tai sužinos, todėl nelaikau to kažkokiu trūkumu, tiesiog atsitiktinumas.

Tolle saubere , moderne Unterkunft mit einem sehr guten Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Tolle Unterkunft. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und konnten von unserer Unterkunft gut die Stadt erkunden. Ruhige Wohngegend. Die Wohnung war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgestattet. Kurzum, sehr zu empfehlen !!!!

Nur Kleinigkeiten, aber 100 Prozent perfekt gibts nirgendwo.
