Very friendly staff. Great location with mountain view , nice and clean rooms. My daughter was after surgery and stuff was very helpful to keep her diet. Special thanks for this!!

It was very clean, the staff were incredibly friendly especially towards our children. A lovely family room that looked out onto a garden, with a good shower and plenty of storage space. The breakfast was well presented with an assortment of food and drinks. The staff really did go out of their way to help us 🩷.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Borjomi. The overall atmosphere was warm, peaceful, and extremely comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. What stood out the most was the welcoming ambiance and the attention to detail throughout the property. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is excellent and offers a great opportunity to experience the charm and natural beauty of Borjomi. Decent breakfast, good shower, air conditioner was a life saver. Comfy beds.
