The Original Madison's Home is Located 2 Mins from Downtown

Penny was an exceptional host. She checked on is throughout our stay. The house was spacious enough for me & my 6u baseball team. No one was bunched up. The stairwell in the hall is NOT thick girl friendly, but you can still access the upstairs area via the steps outside. I have no complaints. If we’re ever back down for another tournament, I’ll gladly book again.

This place was amazing and clean. Before renting, please understand that there are three good-sized queen bedrooms downstairs and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs has three additional rooms and a futon room, but they are accessible by a narrow winding staircase. Because of that, we let the older adults stay downstairs, while teens and others comfortable with stairs stay upstairs. Another option for accessing the upstairs area is by using the outside stairs.The place is clean, has plenty of room for a group, and is in an excellent location for ASU, honestly one of the best locations available. If you are looking for a cookie-cutter three-bedroom house, this probably is not the place for you. Save yourself some time and get a hotel. But, if you enjoy an older home with a quirky vibe and plenty of space, you will love this place! Way cheaper than the amount of rooms we would've required in a hotel. Will stay again!

The home was beautiful.

Our stay went pretty well. The main house was very nicely decorated, fairly clean and accommodating. The upstairs was challenging and I’m told the bedding was not fresh. I did not sleep up there. However, my Pastor, his wife and their children did. They made the best of it. I did notice the ceilings were really low and the way the shower was set up made it a challenge, so they showered downstairs. Overall I was pleased and would consider using the property again depending on the size of the group I’m with. The host was very responsive.
