Free parking, fast WiFi, and complimentary access to Iron House Gym are included, and the Traverse Area Recreation Trail runs right out the back door.
From Memorial Day through Labor Day, summer weekends bring complimentary wine and charcuterie on the shared balcony, plus a shared BBQ deck out back with outdoor grills, available first-come, first-served.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this vacation rental in Traverse City, located just minutes away from downtown. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant city and all its attractions.
