Nick, the host is very communicative and helpful. Everything is very clean. Love the quietness of this neighborhood. Sunbury is a nice area, This is my second time here and I won't stay anywhere else!

The rental was very clean and beds were comfortable. The unit is located in the basement of the house, so there are some stairs to go down. There is a washer and dryer in kitchen if needed. Nick our host was very fast at responding and check in and out were a breeze. Highly recommend this rental if you are in the Sunbury area.

Great stay in a quiet area. We really enjoyed the apartment. Some of the other reviews did mention low ceilings and there are steps that are steep to get to. For us it was not an issue. Communication with the host was great.

Everything was clean and able to be used.It was a bit loud upstairs in the early morning.
