La ubicación , el departamento y el personal del restaurant súper amables todos : Sofía, Constanza, Matías y Benjamin.

Llegamos tarde y les pedimos si tenían algo de comer o agua y nos dijo que no, que tomáramos agua de la canilla. Ese fue el único día que vimos a alguien en recepción. El resto de los días no hubo nadie en ningún horario para consultar o que nos recomiende actividades, etc. Incluso mantuvimos contacto telefónico con alguien pero nunca vino a presentarse ni ponerse a las órdenes. Una pena. Por el nivel del alojamiento me parece que hubiera correspondido recibirnos con 1 botella de agua y algún snack. Somos una familia de 4, el vuelo de Uruguay llega tarde y el tranfer desde el aeropuerto lo contratamos directamente con ellos.

Very good location next to ski lifts

We were on the ski hill. Staff was great.

Older facility but it was ski in and ski out.

Location and view. Ski rental in the same location.

I reserved 4 beds but when we arrived there were only three. One was a kingsize bed in the main bedroom and two small beds in the living room. No closet space - we had to leave our belongings on the floor. There was no room cleaning service as expected for any hotel at the price charged. We returned from skiing and the beds were neither done nor the rooms cleaned. Overpriced for the service provided.
