About this villa rental
Set in the hillside overlooking Kalkan Bay and harbour, this beautiful villa has fabulous sea views and private pool (10m x 3.5m x 1.55m deep) with integrated childrens pool. There are good levels of privacy. Living areas comprise, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a stylish and modern living area with WIFI and smart TV. There is also a games room with a table tennis table.
The Villa sleeps 8 in 3 en-suite bedrooms, (two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom and a sofa bed in lounge). There is also a toilet on the ground floor.
Kalkan is known for its many super quality restaurants, which are also relatively cheap.
Kalkan town is about 20 minutes walk away, there are taxis easily available for your return journey. Bars and supermarkets are easily accessible.

Very nice villa, with beautiful views. The villa was very clean and communication with the host was very good. Steep access was a little difficult, and additional information in the villa manual would have been helpful, e.g. contact details for doctor/medical centre, rubbish disposal information. The villa was missing some small basic necessities such as tea towel, washing up liquid, and drinking cups and glasses were in short supply. Overall a very nice stay in a lovely villa. Late check out was much appreciated.

This villa is amazing, finished to a very high standard and the views are incredible. It’s even better than it looks in the pictures. My partner and I loved every minute of our stay and our host Nurtac was brilliant, she answers messages quickly and sorted an issues out straight away, her sister even helped when our transfer driver got lost. Highly recommended from us

The villa was amazing, clean and cozy.
Communication with the host was quick and easy via WhatsApp.
The pool was lovely and the views and sunsets were perfect.
Only down side, the walk down into the town (about 15mins) but very very steep.
Also we were surprised that most places wanted GBP and not TL or Euro.
