El departamento excelente y nos recibió Emiliano , una persona calida,muy servicial y nos asesoró en cómo movernos ya que nuestra decisión era también ir un dia a Roma. El lugar y la vista es como se ve en las fotografías. Increíble. El puesto es encantador y sobre todo debo destacar ek colchón y almohadas excelente. Las playas estan cerca. Volvería.!!! Cerca de Roma. Y El departamento en el.atico es muy acogedor. Gracias Emiliano por encontrar lo que vi.Hermoso!!!!!

This Apartment is located right in the wonderful Old Town of Civitaveccia and has an 'old world charm' about it in the nicest way. It is a very decent, sunny and well-kept Apartment with amazing views of passing ships and a huge open-air balcony. Lots of restaurants and the lovely sea-side promenade are within spitting distance of the Apartment. Kitchen and washing machine are fully functional. It has a lift to reach the upper floor.....the lift is really tiny and really slow, but it does the job anyway.....you only have to be patient with it.
Possibly the best thing about the Apartment is the extremely friendly and helpful owner. He very kindly asked one of his friends to pick us up from FCO airport for the usual taxi price of 130 euros.....the advantage was that we did not have to go around trying to locate the Apartment......the driver brought us to the exact address where the smiling young owner was waiting for us to reach us to the Apartment and explain everything. On our day of departure, the owner came in his car and dropped us at the cruise terminal with a cheerful wave and a good bye hug!
All in all, we had a lovely two night stay here before we embarked on our cruise.
Part of the 'old world charm' is the shower which is contained in a huge tub with rather high sides. So, if you have SEVERE mobility issues, please let the owner know and he might be able to rig up some kind of temporary step to enable you to get into the tub.
