Emiliano the host is 10/10!!!!! I cannot express enough, how helpful he was. I am a solo traveler and He truly made my birthday something special. He picked me up from the station which I didn’t realize would’ve been a very long walk with ALL my luggage! I bought my birthday cake and waters down the street. He showed me around and I was so grateful! Next, the property was beautiful! 1 bedroom, 1 HUGE bathroom. Walk in closet! Huge front room and dining area. I enjoyed the balcony which is the main reason why I booked it. The bathroom is absolutely gorgeous! IT HAS A WASHER!! Even took amazing photos inside! This is also great if you’re going on a cruise because it’s very close to port. I stayed for 2 days until I got on my cruise. The balcony is private for the most part but there is a neighbor above and to the far right that cannot see you if you stay under the obstructed view, due to neighbor upstairs if you get what I’m saying… (photo below) if you haven’t booked it by now, do so! I will stay here if I depart for Rome again.
It takes a minute for the apartment to cool down but it is summer in Italy. Yes the elevator is small, but it’s Europe guys! Also bring your own wash rags, even my hotel didn’t have any, it’s Europe!

Emiliano made us feel like family. Everything was available, even coffee for the first few days, including a full kitchen.

Emiliano is a great host. He is very welcoming and helpful, taking us to the port to meet our cruise ship. The apartment is well located to explore the old town and close to bars and restaurants. It has great views and a large balcony. A washing machine is very useful for a 3 night stay.
The apartment is in need of some improvements, especially in the bathroom where the water from the shower splashes over the floor and has damaged the cabinet. A knob is missing from the oven so we couldn't use it. It would have been good to be left some coffee pods as the 3 local supermarkets did not stock them so we couldn't use the Nespresso coffee machine, and we like our coffee!
