The location is the best.

-clean -nice bedding and pillows -nice furniture and updated appliances -location was central -rooftop patio was nice although one pool was broken on our departure day -staff besides the BBQ incident discussed below were all nice -well decorated

-Bay property mgmt had very poor communication. I asked numerous questions and requested beach chairs and an umbrella and a late check out. upon check in, she was 30 mins late so we had to wait for her in the lobby. She said she would check into the beach chairs but no follow up or response to this or any other questions I had about the property. Only that bathroom supplies were provided and it wasn’t near construction. -it isn’t the quietest location if that is what you are looking for but it is central. North of the building is construction on a large building(luckily it was the opposite side of our unit) but also a group were manufacturing rebar to the east of the unit. -To use the steam room or sauna on the rooftop, you also have to get a security guard to start it for you. -To use the BBQ, you have to put down a $250 peso deposit. I understand that there was a problem with guests not cleaning it. We used it and my husband cleaned it thoroughly but then was told it wasn’t clean with a picture that didn’t even look like our BBQ. My husband had them come up and look at it and then confirmed that it was clean. It was like they were trying to keep our deposit. -The BBQ, sauna and steam room were great amenities but not that convenient to use.
