Hotel Cineplex

Stay with projector is nice and room ambient also good to watch movie. Over all good.

I always choose hotel cineplex when I am come to coimbatore.. it gives both entertainment and relaxation.

Great stay with good ambience and staffs were so polite and friendly, worth for money but only negative were the food cost, we had 2 cup of tea which costs around 116rs which seems expensive, other than this everything is good.

I don't usually rate any hotel at 1 star until and unless they have serious issues with property as well staff behavior. Although booked for 2 nights, I checked out without even having my complimentary breakfast after 1 night as i was unable to tolerate anything. I should also agree to the fact i went on with the booking looking at unbelievable good rating as i was in a hurry with my travel plans and i paid my price. My advice to fellow travellers are always look for 1 and 2 star honest ratings which will highlight the underlying issues any hotel faces. Projectors in hotel room was too good for my booking but thats doesn't serve all purpose what a hotel should. My disappointment started from cramped parking leaving the keys at reception,then the hotel room size was too small even to keep our luggage and forget about sitting space except bed. The room was lightly lit due to projector but that will also hide all the dust all around the room, broken inside bathroom lock, no shampoo on containers both empty. When complained the answer is all rooms are in serviceable conditions and i was appalled by that ignorant/arrogant answer as if customers are travelling just to complain about the hotel leaving their travel plans. Above all that my real issue started when i went to dinner as restaurant listed in top amenities as well hotel staff said they have a servicable restaurant. When i went there a party was going on of course alcohol party and we were told no service at their rooftop restaurant, so i went to the reception checking on this and i was bluntly told no dinner at restaurant and the party was booked a week before and i should have my food in room. My concern was when the room size was so small,dusty how i can have the food over there. Also when i questioned them why the hotel guest were not informed but there is no answer. So around 9.15pm walked away with my family to have some food. It might seem a little issue but what irritated me is the dont care and arrogant attitude of hotel staff and they seriously require some training. Good part is agoda customer care who helped me with the issues and gave some refund as the hotel refused to refund even 1 rupee.
