* We appreciated the modern, efficient communication and self check-in system, which minimized unnecessary interactions while still providing prompt assistance when needed. * Quiet and peaceful surroundings. * Beautiful views. * Good sound insulation, making the apartment quiet and relaxing. * Very comfortable bed. * Well-equipped apartment with a kitchen, drip coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, drying rack, broom, wall clock and TV. * Powerful and effective air conditioning. * Hassle-free parking. * Great outdoor amenities, including a trampoline, sun loungers with umbrellas, a table tennis, and a pleasant seating area.

* The Wi-Fi connection could be more reliable. * We had to contact the agency because the self check-in SMS we received was incomplete and did not include the HouseCloud link with the door access code. However, the agent answered the phone immediately and provided the code within two minutes, so the issue was resolved very quickly and the self check-in process was smooth afterwards. * A dishwasher would be a welcome addition. It would also be helpful to provide basic kitchen essentials such as sugar, salt, and black pepper. A clean kitchen towel or a roll of paper towels would also be appreciated, especially for guests arriving before they have a chance to visit a grocery store. * Insect screens on the windows would improve comfort. * There were some ants in the apartment. * Walking to the beach can feel unsafe due to winding road, heavy traffic, the lack of sidewalks, and fast-moving vehicles. The driveway to House Bučić is located before the Mošćenička Draga town sign, so drivers are often still traveling at higher speeds. * The actual walk to a pleasant beach is at least twice as long as it appears. The first beach you reach after coming down through the forest is not particularly inviting, so you’ll likely want to continue farther.
