Overall it was a pleasant stay. The villa was spacious and the daily breakfast provided was delicious.
As the hotel operates under a sustainable model, the room was not cleaned the entire stay of 3 nights which was not ideal when travelling with a child.

The room was great for a family of four, very spacious and the private outdoor pool/spa were wonderful. Staff was very friendly and the property was clean.
There were some ants in the backyard, but to be expected being so close to dense vegetation.

The staff were very nice and helpful, the free drinks and food were such a pleasant treat. The location was amazing!
There were so many little kids at the pool and hot springs, it was a little hard to relax but I would come stay again.
