Dobra lokalizacja, duża łazienka, bardzo dobry kontakt, proste zameldowanie,
Niestety sporo minusów, pierwsze to informacja o 2 sypialni w salonie, druga sypialni przedzielona szafą brak tego w opisie apartamentu, czystość w kuchni słaba, naczynia, sztućce, szklanki bez umycia nie da się ich używać, wszystko zdekompletowane, szafki pomazane chyba ta sama ścierka co podłoga, lodówka chyba nie chłodzi, mikrofala brudna w środku, szklanki oblepione, żadna roleta nie działa w apartamencie nie działa, z tego co czytałem to tak jest od 2024 roku, szkoda że taki standard można napotkać aktualnie

Apartament wymaga gruntowego sprzątania, odświeżenia i naprawy kilku drobnych usterek, które przy krótkim pobycie nie przeszkadzały w użytkowaniu.
