Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beach townhouse. Pet-friendly with a bike and walking path right outside your front door. Walking distance to local shopping, restaurants and creamery. Private back yard patio area to relax and enjoy. Plenty of space for parking. Linens are not included but available for rent at $12 per set. The bed sizes are King, Queen and 2 twin beds.

The host was extremely accommodating. The location is perfect!! Walking distance to many favorites in Chincoteague. This property is pet friendly. The place is very clean, but the carpets do show a lot of pets have been there. We will be staying here again!

We have stayed here several times, it’s always our go too! Check in and check out are easy, home is clean, and close to everything. The host is always in communication. It’s a great place to make awesome memories!

Great location. Very clean. Property manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive. My only feedback would be that towels and bed linens should be included in the stay. I think most people traveling from out of town wouldn’t expect to have to bring them. We only realized we needed to rent them after seeing some of the other comments.

We were there during the 100-degree heat wave, so the house was not as cool as it probably is normally. The house was beautiful and exactly as listed. We would definitely stay here again.
