Nestled under a canopy of grand oaks, sitting on nearly half an acre, across from the Hillsborough River, this 70s inspired Retro River House welcomes you. This newly renovated 2,000 sf home, #wheelchairaccessible, is ideal for your family or large group with its open concept kitchen, family room, and dining area. Designed to allow everyone to relax together, whether its catching a game on ESPN or entertaining the kids with on our 65” UHD TV with live premium cable.

The cozy wood burning fireplace nook is stocked with books and games aplenty for those rainy afternoons or down times. The room also sports a modern vintage gaming system, where you can find your favorite childhood video games.

Feel like whipping up a feast? chef and non-chef alike will be inspired by the beautiful, well stocked kitchen. The oversized island has seating for 4 and loads of prep space.

The dining room seats 6 people but can accommodate up to 8. Enjoy the view from the bay window as ibis come to greet the day while snacking on the Florida violets lining the entry path outside the bay window.

Prefer dining al fresco? Enjoy the table, bench, and tree swing located on the front corner of the property or step out onto the screened-in lanai and pull up a chair to the dining table. If you're lucky, you might just see (and hear) the wild parakeets join you for happy hour by the pool, where you can also take a dip while admiring the vibrant mural done by Florida artist Holy Culpepper - it's a sure way to kick off your vacation right!

All 4 bedrooms are equipped with roku/roku enabled TVs. The wheelchair accessible master bedroom, with en suite bathroom (also wheelchair accessible), boasts a Pink Floyd, Dark Side of the Moon theme and king size bed. The Con Flores bedroom has a king bed and is also wheelchair accessible. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and also 70s themed.

We are wheelchair accessible and are currently working on making it even more accommodating.

Yard is NOT fenced.
House is NOT childproofed.

Everything you need is within 2 miles! Tons of restaurants, fast food, and grocery stores, as well as; a stand alone ER, walk in clinic, veterinarian, gym, salons, and much more.

RULES:

Quiet Hours are 9pm - 8am weekdays and 10pm-9am weekends.

No Firearms, illegal drugs or prostitution.

Strict No Party Policy. Any noise complaint from neighbors or police visits will result in a $ 250 fine per occurrence. Parties will result in immediate cancellation and removal without refund.

Only Registered guests may be at the property (up to 10 guests, U$ 50 per person per day after the 8th guest). The total number of guests allowed in the home at any one time is restricted to the number of persons scheduled and paid for at the time of booking. Please be forthright and sincere and we will do our best to accommodate you and your group. Should a group misrepresent themselves and arrive in numbers beyond the reservation count, a fee of $100 per guest/per night is required to be paid immediately or the group will be subject to denial of stay in the home without a refund.

Cameras cover the entire outside, front and back, for safety and security. Cameras are not monitored and accessed only if a problem arises. Attempt to tamper with or disable the cameras will incur a $500 fine.

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. The pet fee is $20 per pet per night Please contact us when bringing pets. No puppies. Pets are strictly prohibited from all furniture (including beds) and pool. A dog bed and bowls are provided for your furry friend. Pet potty must be cleaned up and disposed of. A fine of $200 will be added if pet potty is not disposed properly. If there is any evidence that there is an unauthorized animal on the property, there will be a $500 pet fee.

No smoking of any type inside the house. A fine of $250 will be assessed for each occurrence/person smoking.

There will be a $200 charge per body fluid found in the property such as throw up.

The home must be left how it was found. The cleaning charge covers the make-ready clean and not a deep clean. If there is any extra cleaning services needed on the property then that will be covered by the guest which can range from $50 - $300.

No illegal use of the WiFi.

Please be mindful of waste disposal. All bathrooms are equipped with a garbage bin—feminine sanitary products, toiletries and wipes should be placed there. Please please do not attempt to flush them down the toilet. Damage incurred as a result of this will be subject to a $250 fine minimum.
