Overall the site fit our needs. Pictures in VRBO don’t match what is actually there. The actual seating seemed newer and comfortable. Unfortunately the dining table needs replacing or fixing, quite wobbly. The grill really wasn’t usable as is. No hot water in the kitchen and only one partial roll of paper towel. Would suggest some dish towels and dish rags. The seating around the pool was nice and the pool was clean.Pool company and lawn service did a good job when they came by. Sides of the house require some attention.Patio doors need to be lockable and not just an Allen wrench stuck in a hole to keep from opening. No warning given but my wife figured it out.I would probably stay there again if these things were fixed. Our host Mario was very gracious and quick to respond.

We had a fantastic stay during our Florida trip! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Our family made so many great memories here, and we would happily stay again in the future. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay, Mario was very accommodating and had early check in available, for a fee.The outdoor pool area was wonderful.

It was a great location, great size home. Some upgrades needs and things need attention. Property manager was very quick to response. Few things they can work on. grass was not cut when we arrived. AC had issues, pool needed cleaned and trash bins were already full when we arrived. There were very few towels, toilet paper. Overall it was a great home just need to pay closer attention to those details.
