On the middle floor, you’ll find a queen bedroom and a double bedroom, both with generous closet space. Each room includes a dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely or catching up on emails.

Unwind in the bright, inviting living room — complete with cozy seating, a Smart TV, and even a piano for those who love a little music with their downtime.

The fully equipped kitchen has all essential appliances and cooking basics for homemade meals. Step outside to enjoy the BBQ grill and super cute shared backyard, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

A washer and dryer are located on the second floor for easy access during your stay.
1) Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. PLEASE respect our neighbors. NO loud noise after 11pm, and NO parties.
2) Events and commercial photoshoots are NOT permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees.
3) We have an outdoor camera system on the property to ensure these rules are adhered to.

We really enjoyed our stay: great location (although it is in the city, so expect some noise at night), and everything we needed to be comfortable. It was great to have a garage to park in - so convenient!

Place was clean, organized. A little odd to find but there was parking, the location felt safe. Would stay again.
