Sijainti lähellä ruokakauppoja ja ostoskeskusta. Sujuva sisäänkirjautuminen. Siistit lakanat ja pyyhkeet.
Asunnossa ei ollut ilmastointia, joten helteisellä säällä siellä oli todella kuuma. Siivouksessa olisi parantamisen varaa. Pieniä puutteita keittiövälineistössä (leipäveitsi, iso keittiöveitsi ja kuorimaveitsi puuttuvat).

Hind. Maja ise oli äge. Voodi oli mugav. Toas oli ventilaator. Kaks magamistuba. Kui aknad kinni, siis õnneks tänava müra sisse ei kostnud .
Jõudsime korterisse, siis üldmulje oli hea aga lähemal vaatlemisel olid laenurkades ämblikud ja võrgud. Ei suutnud end mugavalt tunda enne, kui pidin hakkama ämblikuid ja võrke eemaldama. Õnneks oli tolmuimeja, et seda teha. Voodipesu lõhnas ülitugevalt pesuvahendi järgi. Nõud kapis ei olnud kuigi puhtad, enne kasutamist pesime igaks juhuks üle. Kohv kapis oli aegunud aastal 2017. tänavalgustus paistis täpselt aknasse - aknakardin ei katnud tervet akent ära ega pimendanud ka valgust. Maja suure tänava ääres, aknaid lahti hoida eriti ei tahtnud- suur lärm. Ühes magamistoas oli laualamp, teises toas ei olnud- ainult laelamp. Natuke hoolt ja koristamist ja siis oleks mõnus koht.
