Large 60’, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Stationary House Boat on Lake St. Clair perfect for a relaxing family vacation or friendly fishing tournament getaway!

Parked in a wide canal on large grassy lot with ample easy-access parking. Accommodates numerous trucks, cars and trailered boats.

Sleeps 6! Three queen beds, three futon beds, two full baths with tub+shower, furnished kitchen, beautiful sun deck. 40” cable TV, WiFi. Access to hot tub & grill.

Just 2 guys up for a weekend fishing trip. The house boat had everything that we needed with plenty of room. Very convenient being right in Anchor Bay. Plenty of room to park truck and boat trailer. John was very welcoming and all around a great host.

John was very nice and attentive. He was quick to fix the leak in the bedroom. The boat needs updated. There was very little privacy. The blinds were paper and difficult to close/open. The smell definitely was something to get used to.
