(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great spot that was more affordable than others. Check in was difficult as gate code and door code given were incorrect. Quick responses from host got us in after few minutes. Place was clean and nice. Would stay again!

I have stayed at other Magic Village properties, and this is the first time staying at Views, and this was just as nice as the other ones, this seems to be a newer build too. Very convenient and close to Disney.

If you need a bed and bathroom for your stay, this place will do that for you. In over 10 years of using VRBO I have never left anything but kind and uplifting reviews as I support people and their business. This time I need to leave some honest feedback so this property will improve. In order to check in you need a gate code. I never was provide one that worked. I repeatedly asked VACASA (that’s who the owners used for property management) and was never given a working code. So every time I needed to enter the gated community I had to wait for a security guard. It was very inconvenient, especially when you come back from a theme park and have to wait for someone to let you in. The AC in the house was set at 70 and 71 degrees and you couldn’t change that. It would have been fine if you had good blankets. However they had very cheap blankets on the beds that didn’t keep us warm enough. I again asked for help, but no assistance was provided. I finally bought some additional blankets at the Walmart nearby. Last, one of the restrooms in the twin bed rooms had plumbing issues and wouldn’t work. I asked for help and never got any. Fortunately I was able to fix that issue. Issues happen and the place could be great. Unfortunately, the lack of anyone helping was really disappointing. Would we stay here again. Absolutely no.
