-Parking passes (one pass for the main garage (blue) and one for the overflow lot next to the building (orange).
-We provide a complimentary set of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, and shampoo.

The property was very clean and very nicely decorated. I wish there would have been a full size mirror. Location is great close to many stores and restaurants. Pier park is about a mile walk. We loved the heated pool and the hot tub overlooking the ocean. It was perfect for us as a couple, could also fit a small family.

Clean and well kept condo with quick beach access right across the street. Condo was stocked with basic essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. We were able to walk to resturants and the beach access accross the street making it so we never had to drive.
