Loved the location and the property overall - you will need a car to get around though. The pool area is lovely.

Only things that would have made it better would be to have a kettle and some help to get rid of the wasps near the pool area these were a bit of a pain!

Property was great but village is quite out the way and not much to do in the village

The villa is nestled among two other like villas in the village of Praznica - which was perfect for us. The house was very well thought out by design. There is a small Studenac supermarket just minutes away on foot from the villa. The house is amazing - especially the kitchen, and professional off-kitchen (it is built as a separate attached room from the main house right next to the main kitchen) equipped with everything you could imagine to grill or cook on a giant old world style cooking area. A/C works great (American standards), three full bathrooms made it very convenient for my wife and I and our grown daughter and son. Location to Bol, Pucisca, Murvica, Postira and even Supetar is very easy with a rental car. Ferry was easy. We were allowed to check in early and given all the information about the ferry before leaving Split. We were met by the caretaker of the villas, "Bruna", on our arrival who was very nice and very helpful. She dropped off some fresh vegetables one day from her parent's garden, as a kind gesture. She was always responsive and ready to see to our needs. The pool was like new and very clean, the gentleman who tends to the landscaping and pools at the three co-located properties takes great care of the grounds and the pools. There are two goats nearby behind the neighboring land, who love to see visitors as they come and go from the three villas. This was one of the most relaxing properties I ever stayed at. Very quiet and peaceful evenings. Internet worked in all but one downstairs bedroom. TV was equipped with apps like NetFlix and others... though we never watched it with so much to do and see on the island and the amazing outdoor gathering areas around the property.

There was very little we didn't like in this property. The mattresses/ beds were somewhat bouncy and a bit uncomfortable but not enough to be a problem to sleep or wake up sore. The driveway and village in general has very tight roads with stone walls. We had an Audi Q3 and it was challenging in some places. The ladies would have liked to have one or two full length mirrors in the bedrooms. The property really didn't have any major faults or shortfalls. There is a washing machine for your clothes and drying is done outside on a line.
