Wine Down in St. Joe Beach is a desirable spot to hang your towel on your next beach vacation. Ideally designed and arranged for maximizing space and views. The perfect mixture for relaxation and fun! This end-unit townhouse is located on a corner lot within steps of the quiet shores of St. Joe Beach. Once you step out of the beachside onto the ground-level patio, the beach seems to be within a fingertip’s reach, or more appropriately your toes.
When visiting the gulf coast, most notably St. Joe Beach, time seems to slow down a step and the rush and expectations of daily life tend to float away. It’s bathing suits, flip flops and beach hats with the intent to Wine Down all week long. What’s the saying? Beach hair, don’t care! Once you experience this feeling for yourself, the saying takes on new meaning.
From the first steps into this ground-level two-story townhouse, simple and easy takes over. The ground floor houses the living area, a spacious open area with sight lines that draw your eyes directly to the beach views through the sliding glass doors. Entering through the well-equipped kitchen, your next steps lead through the dining area to the gulf view living room with a half bath and land you on the beachside patio. When the day is done, plan to retire to one of the two bedrooms upstairs. The master facing west is highlighted by the open sundeck where you’ll experience those million-dollar sunset views.

Sea Salty was the perfect get away place for my family. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The proximity to Mexico Beach and Port St Joe was exactly what we were looking for. Definitely will be back.

We arrived at 9pm eastern to the rental. We were pleased with the condition anod location of the property. Immediately we realized that the ceiling fan didnt work in the Queen bedroom. I used the property management portal to place a maintenance request. We didnt sleep well without the fan and were awoken to a hot room the next morning. No fan and no blackout curtains for an east facing, upstairs, bedroom. I gave them the day to address the problem since id submitted so late the night before. Nothing. I placed another message for maintenance that afternoon/evening. Nothing. Finally i got a text regarding the use of their "fantastic" portal should any problems arise and i responded immediately with irritation that id submitted two requests and that the text should be considered my 3rd request. They finally responded that the fan was broken and it wouldnt be replaced until after we left. If a company were truly service oriented they would offer to bring a table top fan...something...no, they just acted like it was ridiculous that I would make such a request. They stated they didnt have "loaner fans". I am not sure why they couldnt go buy a table top fan and bring it over. The property was fine, the neighborhood was fine, but I am not sure id rent from pristine properties again.
