The house is well furnished (though slightly random with having a bed next to the TV in the lounge!) and the host was very responsive throughout. The shower was really warm and powerful too.
The beds were a little uncomfortable (my double bed was 2 single beds pushed together) and the upstairs could use a bit of TLC to make it as nice as the downstairs.

Excellent location for the Park Hall Hotel. It was quiet and warm too.
It was missing some things like hand soap and some bits were a little greasy. One of the mattresses was very poor too, but there were many and so we moved one over and so it was okay.
