I really liked the prime location right in the heart of Rosebank, within a secure complex that offered peace of mind. It came with all the standard amenities I needed—like a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and reliable Wi-Fi. Being so close to Rosebank Mall for shopping, the vibrant Keyes Art Mile for galleries and eateries, trendy Parkhurst with its cafes and restaurants, and other great Johannesburg spots made everything super convenient and accessible by a short walk or quick drive.

The main thing I didn't like was that there was no air conditioner, which made the warmer summer days and evenings feel a bit stuffy indoors.

I did not have breakfast at all. Was it offered? I did not know. I liked the clean room when I arrived not knowing that cleaning is not done the following day.

On my arrival, I was promised that they are working to fix wifi. I did not have wifi until I left. That was very bad. I also asked for the adapter for the hairdryer, i was promised it would be provided the following day, thay never happened. This also made not to put the heater on when it eas cold, so I was cold in the evenings. There are also no extra blankets and it's winter. It was too cold. I recommend you to put electric blankets at least if you don't have blankets.
