La posizione fantastica, praticamente sulla spiaggia e sul lungomare principale
Appartamento sporco, polvere ovunque, odore nauseabondo in cucina. Praticamente c'è un letto matrimoniale e due divani su cui poggiare le lenzuola. Prodotti da bagno non presenti, solo 2 asciugamani viso. Viene indicato che il parcheggio è privato, mentre si parcheggia in strada pubblica gratuito ma se si sposta l'auto difficilmente si ritrova parcheggio, specialmente di sabato o domenica
