Newly built to high-end luxury standards, this 4 bedrooms 4.5 bathrooms, spacious, sunny villa is located in Cabrera Dominican Republic. Withing walking distance of El Saltadero balnearie, it has a garden bordering a traditional gazebo facing a private pool. From the top gazebo and balcony a breathtaking view of the ocean and nature surroundings. Withing a close walk to Cabreras town, El Caleton De Los Enamorados Beach, local restaurants and shops.
THE SPACE:
Blueville is located in a quiet neighborhood with private entrance.
Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, air conditioner dresser with mirror, 2 end tables and a private bathroom.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have 2 queen size beds, AC, Dresser with mirror, end table and private bathroom.
The 4th room has 1 queen bed, ceiling fan with Bluetooth, dresses with mirror, end table and private bath.
Full Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, kitchen island and all the necessary gadgets for a meal.
Dining room has a glass top table that acomodates 8 people.
Living Room has Leather reclining sofas and a coffee table
A half bath downstairs for visits.
TV Room has 55" smart TV with Leather reclining sofas and coffe table.
Laundry Room has a washer machine.
Outside you will find 2 gazebos, backyard, pool, outdoor shower and BBQ area.
OVERVIEW:

4th bedroom is close to the laundry area. Separated from the 3 main rooms upstairs it has a bathroom, a queen bed and a ceiling fan and can also be accessed from a separate door and from inside the house.
REFRIGERATOR is being replaced and there is a difference one then the one shown in the pictures.
