- Trash bags are available under the sink. Please empty the trash and drop it in the trash bin by the apartment door. Trash Valet is available between 8 AM and 8:30 AM

- TV channels can be watched via SLING app:

- All dirty towels to be dropped at the Laundry basket prior to your checkout.

- Upon your checkout, key to be returned to the assigned lockbox where it was picked up from (USD 100 fee for losing parking transponder)

- No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stay

- Do not have more guest than stated in your reservation. Extra guest fee will be applied accordingly

- No disturbance, especially noise past 10pm
