★ MAINTENANCE SERVICES★
Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to the home/pool area. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services. There is no daily cleaning service.
★ QUIET HOURS ★
We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighborhood code compliance

The house is a part of a serene, family-friendly neighborhood in central Hollywood, Florida. The entire area is quiet and peaceful, so we kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours and all the neighbors.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The location is amazing. We walked to the beach daily. There is so much to do in the house - ping pong, pool, a pool, skeeball, and more. The house was spotless at check-in. It is well-equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is great with a 10-15 minute walk to the boardwalk/beach. The host are super responcive and do what they say they will. House is great but has a few items that need a little TLC. I do not write reviews but i recomend this house and especally any rental with this team managing

This is a tired old house that has been modernized with low end finishes. The space was good for a large family but the acoustics were terrible. There is nothing to absorb sound. The place is sparsely appointed, especially the kitchen. There was not enough silverware for the scheduled number of people staying there. The pool was the best part of the stay. There were plenty of towels. The water was warm and we were entertained by all the iguanas that live in the trees and on the roof. It was quite evident that the neighbors did not welcome short term renters. There were signs in many yards objecting to renters. The space met our needs but the property overall was underwhelming.
