Location was awesome! And the property had EVERYTHING you could want…beach access, pools, playground…everything was awesome!
Kitchen could be a little better stocked.

We have 2 teen girls that CAN NOT share a bed (1 is fine, the other takes up the whole bed sleeping like a starfish, tosses, turns, kicks, flails, making it to where neither get a good night sleep. Cranky, tired teens=miserable people/miserable time.) It's hard finding a room with 3 beds for a good price, I almost always end up paying double just to have the extra bed to accommodate. I think this room was my unicorn! Both girls had their own bed (albeit a very small bunk-my 5'8" 12 year old had a hard time stretching out but she's not a complainer, just know a full grown adult/larger teen may find them hard to sleep in). I didn't try out the bunks myself but both girls did mention how small they were. I didn't care, I was just thankful they were separate from each other! I know my husband & I both thought the full size bed was EXTREMELY comfortable & the pillows were fantastic. I love the plug ins in the headboard for night time phone charging. This room provided everything we could possibly need. When you walked in it smelled so clean, that's always nice. They provided a broom, (*broken) dustpan and a sponge mop. Having those items for the sandy beach helps save sanity. The tub was clean with good water pressure & temperature, the kitchen was fully stocked (although I DID have to make eggs & bacon for 4 in the worlds smallest skillet because it was the only one I found, maybe I just overlooked the normal size one during my search?) The furnishings, beddings, utensils, etc. were all Wal-Mart brands (think college dorm room) *BUT* they functioned as they should, provided extra outlets & storage & everything was comfortable, for the fantastic price we paid I absolutely will not complain about that! The closet to store body boards, beach bags & hanging clothes was so helpful to keep the place tidy (although more hangers would have been helpful).
I ran out of room in the "what did you like" section, but you get the idea, there really was so much to brag about (view, amenities, location....). Notables we didn't like (not to take away from the room at all (room #303), I still highly recommend renting this room!: there needs to be a partition to block the bunks from the kitchen & the rest of the room for privacy. The bathroom is barely big enough to get dressed in & when you have 4 people rushing to get ready at the same time that extra space becomes valuable. Also it would block out light to the bunks when you're up before everyone else. We got creative & hung a king size sheet we travel with diagonal from the living room/sink corner to the fridge cabinet essentially making a separate room for the girls to get ready in & have their own privacy & also block the kitchen light from waking them up when we're up for a morning run/gym/coffee/sunsrise. Between 10 & 11pm the room above us moved furniture. That was annoying but honestly it was the only sounds we heard, no tv noises, no outside bar noises, no one in the halls. That was great! The lady working the entrance gate apparently charged for smiles & friendliness because she sure wasn't handing them out free. Not that it's required to do the job, but it helps give others a better impression of the place & start stays off happy. I was grateful the only interaction we had to have with them was the initial entry because they seemed to hate their job, I get enough of that at home. We wanted to use the laundry facilities (needed to, really) but every time we walked by it smelled like fresh vomit mixed with sewer & I was afraid my clothes would smell like that. Several spots in the 2 hallways we frequented (ground & 3rd floor) smelled the same. The elevators DO NOT accommodate the volume of people.

The fact that it was beachfront .
No dishwasher and not enough space for storing the clothes . No extra towels /toilet paper .

Good location.close to all we wanted to do.
Not enough decent seating, bar had karaoke every night blasted to late and was hard to get kids asleep. Karaoke fine but does it need to be every night?
