Chalet 35m2 for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 by 200 bed and one with 2 single beds 90 by 190, a bathroom with large shower and washing machine, living room with corner sofa, large 55 inch television, air conditioning, kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, multifunction oven, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, dishwasher, induction hob...
The chalet has a lovely terrace with exceptional sea views, a dining table and wooden garden furniture for aperitifs.
And thanks to the table-top plancha, you can cook delicious grilled meat, fish or vegetables!
The chalet is located on Mont Saint Loup, in Agde, in the pine forest, in a peaceful setting.
There is a heated swimming pool in the residential park and you can also go for lovely walks or bike rides in the adjoining forest.
There is a large secure car park at the entrance where vehicles must remain parked (it is possible to come to the front of the chalet to unload luggage and shopping).
Small pets accepted on request (1 per stay): €100 per stay.
Sheets and towels are not provided but can be hired on request in advance: 15€ per person for the stay.
You will have to clean the house at the end of your stay, or you can opt for a cleaning package: 80€.
A deposit cheque for 400€ (or cash for those who do not have a cheque book) will be requested on arrival and will be returned at the end of your stay if the chalet is in good condition and clean.
