A luxurious holiday apartment perfect for families wanting to stay next to the beach and close to Estepona marina and the old town. This spacious air-conditioned and renovated apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms offers comfortable accommodation for six guests in total. It is located in the port area of Estepona, with its restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. Two beaches are within a walking distance from this lovely property. A spacious en-suite super king size bedroom, a second king size bedroom and the third bedroom with two single beds plus a family bathroom. The property has a bright open kitchen which is fully equipped with all the appliances and has a little laundry room to the rear. The apartment is equipped with a fiber optic high speed internet connection and the lounge offers comfortable seating for five guests along with international TV with Sky and a dining area for six guests in the lounge. The lovely balcony is facing south west and has amazing views to the sea, port and mountains. The property has a large private parking space in the underground garage and the urbanisation provides a communal swimming pool. There is also a second private parking space in the underground garage across the road. Altogether, a perfect holiday apartment in Estepona port.

This is a well maintained property in a great location, just a minutes walk from the port area, with it's restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The pool is a good size for kids to play in and for a bit of a swim too. The bull ring (with its various museums) is also across the road. The apartment is really spacious, with large bedrooms, and living / dining area. The balcony is a good size too with seating for 4, looking out over the port, sea, bullring and mountains. The views of Gibraltar and Morocco are really good too! The kitchen has a good selection of crockery, cutlery and glassware. The fridge-freezer is a good size and the oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine are good.
