Summary:
Perfect for multiple families, this ultimate holiday house features a pool with waterslide, complete games room and spacious outdoor entertaining area with barbecue overlooking the canal. With 5 bedrooms (3 masters) and 4 bathrooms, there’s room for everyone. Walk to Kawana Shopping World, cafes and restaurants in minutes. Relax with tranquil canal views, fish off the jetty, unwind on the balcony or lounge by the heated pool.
The Space:
The Space
As soon as you enter the home, you’re greeted by beautiful bright open spaces and water views. To the right, there are 3 of 4 downstairs bedrooms, and to the left is the living/dining/ kitchen area.
First floor:
Kitchen
The large open plan entertainers kitchen & dining area is equipped with new modern appliances including two ovens, a 6 burner induction cooktop and walk in pantry and breakfast bar seating for 4. To the left is a small circular kitchen with seating for 4.
Media
The Kitchen opens up to a large media area with a large comfortable plush couch and 70inch smart flat screen TV.
Dining/Living
Across from the media room is a large oak dining table with seating for 12, which extends up to a formal living area with water views.
Games room
The games room will keep the kids entertained for hours. Complete with air hockey, table football, a pool table, 'Arcade Classics' console, and large smart TV, the big kids can finally relax!
From front of house to back
Downstairs:
Bed 1
The first bedroom to the right of the front door has a plush King Bed, TV, A/C, ceiling fan and built in wardrobes
Bed 2
The second bedroom has a plush King Bed, TV, A/C, ceiling fan and walk-in wardrobe as well as bathroom with shower, toilet and sink
Bed 3 - Kids Room
The kids room has a total of 5 single beds (two of which are bunks) as well as a wall mounted fan (off to the side), A/C, and built-in wardrobes. There is a bathroom with a tub, shower and double sink. There are also provided kids toys and books to keep the little ones entertained.
Bed 4
The last bedroom opens up to the beautiful outdoor area with water views, has a plush King Bed, TV, A/C, ceiling fan and walk-in wardrobe as well as bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Second Floor:
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has its own private balcony with beautiful water views, a plush King Bed, TV, A/C, ceiling fan and large walk-in wardrobe, as well as an ensuite bathroom with spa bath, shower, toilet and double vanity.

Between May and August, due to reduced sunlight and cooler weather, the pool temperature typically ranges between 22–25°C. While we often enjoy sunny days during this period, overcast or rainy weather can impact the pool’s warmth. On clear days, the solar heating is more effective, and the water is usually much more comfortable.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire house bar the locked cupboard in the games room. Please let us know in advance if you require boat access to the jetty. There is space to park two cars on the driveway, there is also plenty of free street parking available. A private EV charger is available for electric vehicles.
The Neighborhood:
The house is 1km to Kawana Beach (15min walk, 4min drive), 500m to shops and cafes. It's walking distance to Kawana Shopping world. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema and skateparks close by.
- Walking distance to The Point with an IGA, cafe, liquor store & takeaway food options.
- Maroochydore airport is a 15 minute drive
- Brisbane airport is a 60 minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 25 minute drive
- Kawana Shopping World and Cinema is a 2 minute drive
- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 5 minute drive
- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 10 minute drive
- Caloundra is a 15 minute drive
- Noosa Heads is a 40 minute drive
Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it.

*The pool is solar-heated and relies entirely on sunlight to maintain its warmth. Between May and September, due to reduced sunlight and cooler weather, the pool temperature typically ranges between 18–25°C. While we often enjoy sunny days during this period, overcast or rainy weather can impact the pool’s warmth. On clear days, the solar heating is more effective, and the water is usually much more comfortable.
*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Please let us know in advance if you require boat access to the jetty.

The house is located close to all amenities and only a short walk from the beach. Being on a canal and having direct access for water activities was perfect. The property has everything you need for a short or long stay, in particular the kitchen is superbly appointed. The kids bunk room, games room, pool with waterslide and kayaks are perfect for families. The host was very responsive to a couple of minor issues and they were quickly resolved.Overall this is one of the best holiday homes I have stayed in.

We had an amazing week staying at this house with the whole family! It truly has something for all age groups. The men loved the fishing, the grandkids had endless fun on the slide into the pool, and the games room was a big hit for everyone. The location was perfect too, with a big shopping centre and movies just around the corner. The house had everything we needed and more – comfortable, spacious, and packed with entertainment. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back in the future!

The service we had from the Welcome Ready Team ,from the time we booked until we left the property was fantastic.The accommodation was excellent and I would highly recommend staying at Parrearra Paradise.We had 4 couples and 3 children and the property accommodated all of us so well.
