If a laid-back beachside holiday is your idea of heaven, then beat a path to the best kept secret on the Sunshine Coast, Mudjimba. This stylish and modern new townhouse has everything you need for you and your furry friends to enjoy beach life! Nestled between the Mudjimba Surf Beach and the Maroochy River, this townhouse is a tranquil, peaceful haven far away from the crowds; it’s the perfect retreat for a relaxed holiday with family or friends where sun, surf and sand are the order of the day.
The Space:
This home is beautifully styled, spacious and simplistic. The property stretches over 2 levels, is fully fenced and has a small grassy yard in the back for kids and pets to play. It has parking for 1 car in the driveway. Small dogs are welcome upon application. This 2 bed, 2 bath townhouse has two very spacious bedrooms upstairs both with ensuites, and offers plenty of seating and lounging options downstairs.
Kitchen:
- Very well equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs
- Nespresso machine with milk frother
- Island with breakfast bar seating
- Electric stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle
Living:
- Plush chaise lounge that converts to a sofa bed for the 6th and 7th guest
- Large flat screen smart TV
- Books, games provided
- Office desk with extra monitor (hdmi) and keyboard for your use if required
- Air conditioning unit to cool/heat entire downstairs area
Outside:
- Fully enclosed outdoor space laid with astro turf
- Beefeater BBQ and outdoor dining with seating for 8
- Reading nook and hammock
Master Bedroom: Queen bed, AC unit, ceiling fan, wardrobe space, plus ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed & King single bed, AC unit, ceiling fan, plus ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
Other features:
- Laundry facilities (washer, dryer, and outdoor clothes line)
- Portacot and highchair provided
- Outdoor shower in the backyard
- All linen and towels including beach towels provided
The house is 100 meter walk to Mudjimba beach (dog friendly)

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire townhouse with the exception of the garage. One secure parking space is offered for you within the gate.
The Neighborhood:
Perfectly positioned with easy access to all the Coasts attractions including Noosa, Australia Zoo, Sea Life Mooloolaba and more. Pristine beaches, world-class golf courses, stunning hinterland, alfresco dining and boutique shopping are also simple to access.
Getting Around:
- Walking distance to local Coffee Shop and corner store (4 minutes)
- Maroochydore airport is a 5 minute drive
- Brisbane airport is a 60 minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 40 minute drive
- Sunshine Plaza and Cinema is a 10 minute drive
- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 20 minute drive
- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 15 minute drive
- Noosa Heads is a 25 minute drive
Other Things to Note:
*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*There is easy parking for a boat directly opposite the house
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here and were really impressed by how clean and pretty everything was. The rooms are beautiful and everything was so clean. I would definitely stay here again and thank you for making it so lovely.

We had so much fun and enjoyed the locality and space we had to explore mudjimba.

The property had been renovated and was modern and decorated tastefully. Only downside was the excess number of pillows & cushions on the beds. The townhouse was a short walk to beach & cafes.
Unfortunately renovations were occurring in the house next door & the unit beside. This usually occurred in the afternoon, but combined with the aircraft noise with flight paths over Mudjimba, it was not relaxing.
There were multiple emails from the "Welcome Team".
Keep it simple........less is more. The hardcopy information booklet was handy. Some of the rules regarding pets were excessive. "Do not leave pet unattended", should perhaps be "for an extended time". You can't take a dog to the supermarket unless it is a support dog.
Responsible pet owners should clean up after their pets, but checking the yard for pet hair was difficult particularly as the weather was wet when leaving. I have stayed at many pet friendly properties over the years, but this was the first time that I had encountered a "rule" like this.
The unit was air conditioned and very comfortable, but there were too many other "rules" and too much noise during our stay.
