I wouldn't know the owner, Julius, if I passed him in the street but he gets my vote for "host of the year." He was communicative, prompt, and takes the lead on making sure that guests' needs are addressed. The bed was soooo comfortable and the kitchen/common areas are well-organized and cleaned daily. The other guests that I met were also congenial and everyone was attentive to the "quiet hours" and "clean up after yourself" rules.
Nobody's fault, but in a rare cold snap, with the furnace cycling more frequent than usual, my upstairs room was beastly hot. Suggestions, under those circumstances, for guests (like, "go ahead and open the window" or having the option, if possible, to block the incoming heat) would be helpful. Note: I didn't ask Julius about it, so he might already have a solution in place that I didn't learn about.

It was quiet, comfortable the other people living. There were very nice and made me feel very welcome. My room was very comfortable and the facilities had everything I needed 10/10
I can’t say that I did not like anything, but I am waiting for another room to open up with a bathroom on the inside of it in that house because I feel like it would be even better lol

It was close to everywhere I needed to go!
Parking and although there were signs kindly asking guests to keep their voices down, some did not.

i loved the location. it was near every where i needed to go while in the area. it was beautiful on the inside and outside. my room was minimal, but had the basics.
it was very hot in my room; uncomfortably hot. i think the ac was broken or something, not sure but that was unfortunate. that would be my main complaint.
