Lovely clean and functional apartment, funky design that complemented the old building. Comfy bed and nice linen. We felt the hospitality and care that Caleb put into the space and thanks for the welcome beer!!
Street parking only - a bit of a climb with luggage (for most this is probably OK but I was post-knee surgery) and also a little nervous leaving a rental on the main road. Perhaps a sign indicating where to park on the main road would be clearer than the written instruction as the space for parking was not very clear.

Caleb is great. Location perfect.
Noise from the apartment next door is unavoidable due to the construction of the building so be prepared for the feet stomping and doors slamming at 5am if there are early birds staying next next-door, likewise if your an early starter be aware how loud your being, 👍

The location was good, close to walking track, pubs and cafes. It was a cool little place an old church. The owner Caleb was very nice and friendly. He also let us have a bit longer to check out.
We think It was quite expensive for what it was. For $220 per night it was overpriced, we only had a double bed, not even a tv. No view as the windows were quite high.
