Property was as pictured, in a quiet area, and easily accessible. The condo is on the second floor with only stair access. My only complaint would be the beds are practically on the floor, and the mattresses aren’t comfortable. The host had wonderful communication. I would visit this property again if the beds were improved.

Would stay here again property was nice host was very quick to respond with questions. Beds are comfy and rooms are well sized. The living area is also more spacious than the pictures make it seem.

Negative notes… We were excited to stay here especially after seeing the photos of the pool which we assumed was part of the community. It’s not, it’s a block or so down from the unit. Communication with the host was less than ideal and often took 8+ hours to hear back. When checking in I did not receive check in instructions until nearly 2am after arriving from our flight. Upon arrival the unit was mostly clean but the floors were quite messy and you could tell there wasn’t true attention to detail when cleaning. It was what many people call landlord special so do know that there is peeling paint in places and some areas are not completely finished. We did have an ongoing issue with the hot water turning itself off and the shower and sink in the main bathrooms drained incredibly slow. My husband did have to clean the drain in the shower to get it to drain water. The bathroom also does not have a fan and after a hot shower the ceiling would drip dirty condensation water which was really gross. It made it difficult to be able to get ready in the bathroom after showering because the ceiling would drip on you.
Positive notes… The unit is in a decent location, close to Aventura and North Beach and easy access to the freeway. There is a Walmart and Publix close by which is convenient as well. Neighbors were quiet and the back porch was screened in which made a nice place to have coffee. The unit did have all the necessities stocked which was convenient. There was no wifi access shared with us which sucked. The TV in the main bedroom didn’t work at all which was also frustrating. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and in the kitchen so keep that in mind.
All in all after our 10 day stay I would rate the property 2.5/5 stars.
