Both the master and guest bedrooms feature in-suite bathrooms and king-size beds, making this the ideal spot for families or groups seeking both togetherness and privacy. After a day at the beach, unwind on the large outdoor terrace, fully equipped with a dining table and BBQ grill, all while soaking in the mesmerizing ocean vistas.
Important Notice: Community pool deck improvements are currently underway and are expected to be completed by the end of June. One pool area remains open at all times while the second area undergoes maintenance. Some daytime construction noise may be expected.

For everyone’s safety and comfort, only registered guests are allowed, and external vendors are not permitted. Our concierge team is happy to coordinate any services you may need.
Monthly stays are welcome; an additional refundable deposit of $300 USD per month may apply. Please confirm before booking.
As part of the community’s security protocol, guests will be asked to provide ID and sign basic community rules upon arrival.

We were extremely happy with our condo. We spent mornings on our ocean view patio watching whales. The shower was great, the rooms spacious and the full kitchen very well equipped. Communication was great with the host. It was a little further from downtown Cabo than I had realized, but we were able to Uber easily to the Marina or wherever else we wanted.
