About this cottage rental
Boy Lake cottage is a beautiful 3 bedroom cottage with hardwood floors throughout on paved road on Boy Lake only 12 minutes to Parry Sound.
There is an additional 1 bedroom bunk house available upon request.
Waterfront and quiet for nature lovers. Beautiful sunsets. Ideal for children and water sport activities. Swimming, canoeing, kayaking, sup, fishing.
Small lake that is connected to Miller Lake. These are spring fed lakes with very clean water.
Great fishing, small mouth bass, splake, lake trout and rainbow.
Gentle slope to the waterfront and docks (see pictures). Excellent deep water swimming off of dock. There is a Sandy beach and playground for the kids just a three minute walk down our quiet street.
Sleeps 5-8 people depending on use of the bunkie.
Large deck at the cottage with view of Lake or try our flag stone patio and fire pit with unobstructed views of the lake.
Dock, fire pit, BBQ.
Hydro, electrical appliances, dishwasher, toaster owen, micro, TV,DVD, phone.
Included in rent use of 2 kayaks, canoe etc
Bedding and linen not included. Life jackets included although it is best to have your own lifejackets that fit your children properly.
Minimum stay 1 week Summer
Minimum stay 2 Nights Winter

The property was wonderful and the host was easy to contact and very helpful. Location is great, easy road access and flat laneway. Parry Sound is less than 10 mins for all your needs. Enjoyed the Island Queen cruise and Tailwinds patio. Could have used an additional kayak and a SUP for our family of 5, suggestion for future years. Our family had a wonderful week.

This property and cottage were stunning. More like a house than a cottage, it had everything we needed for a stay in luxury. My only complaint... The listing was inaccurate in a few areas. There is a king, a double and a single, so only sleeps 5, not 8! Also there is one full bathroom and one with just a sink and toilet. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces, lake is deep and clean, fun to explore, spotlessly clean, great WiFi, host checked in and reachable. 5 stars for sure!

Overall impression of this property is WOW!! We were a family of Grandparents, Son, Daughter-in-law and 14 year old Grandson. We brought our own boat to dock. The boat launch is very close by. The lake is clean and good fishing from boat or even off the dock. The flagstone patio lakefront has the fire pit which we used every night. Lots of wood provided. There are plenty of chairs around. Two outside dining areas and a huge BBQ. The cottage inside is decorated nicely. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and every small appliance you’d need. Kayak and canoe for your use too. It’s a quiet lake. No loud parties. Host was easy to get in touch with responded quickly. Our family had a great time.
