About this house rental

Lovely family home in a quiet cul-de-sac sitting on over quarter of an acre with great indoor/outdoor flow to back decks with a large established fully fenced back garden - perfect for entertaining and enjoying summer BBQ's. Indoors the lounge and dining area opens into a stylish kitchen with a breakfast bar area. There is a home gym with free weights available. Separate laundry area. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms including master with ensuite; family bathroom and separate toilet. Murphy bed available.
It's a 15 Minute walk or 5 minute drive to Orewa which is a popular beach resort 40 kilometres north of Auckland. The impressive sandy beach is three kilometres long and a favourite with families, surfers a great beach for joggers and dog walkers.
Sun shines onto deck and garden until late in the evening.
