We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Makarska, within walking distance of the beach, the promenade, restaurants, cafés, and shops. Having a free private parking space was a huge advantage. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. The furniture is a bit older, but everything is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. We didn’t need to bring anything, as the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being located in the very center of Makarska, the apartment is surprisingly peaceful and quiet. There is no noise or disturbance, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a restful stay. A special thanks to our host, Filip, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended!

The property is in a prime location, with convenient parking right in front and a spacious garden at the back. A major highlight is the host, Filip, who is exceptionally friendly and attentive—his hospitality truly adds value to the stay. We rented a studio apartment, which was priced on the higher side. While it featured a new bed and a recently renovated bathroom, the rest of the furnishings were quite dated and modest. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped, but whenever we requested additional items, the owner responded promptly and provided them without hesitation. One drawback was the booking process. The listing was somewhat misleading, as the photos of the larger apartment were shown alongside those of the studio. This led us to believe we were booking a bigger space, when in fact, we ended up with a studio.

Studio apartment should be offered at a lowered price.
