Luxury Green Hills Apartment

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and felt very secure. We really enjoyed using the pool and gym too. We’d definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully be back again!

The property is well maintained and beautiful, it has everything we needed from towels to kitchen tools, internet, a/c & a great spacious terrace + the underground parking. The host was very welcoming and made sure everything was in order.

Customer service was so rude. No shampoo or soap for the customer, no hoover or broom ,only dust pan without brush was there. Also property shows 2 pools and steam and sauna..we stayed there 4 nights but 1 pool,steam and sauna room was always closed with written down out of service which is not acceptable. When we reached at property on Friday, room service staff handed me bunch of keys and showed internet access password and asked me what time I will leave the property on Tuesday .. I simply replied that around 10:15 as check out time is 10 am and I booked my taxi at 10:15..she was using google translate as she don’t know English.she didn’t bother to show what to use for gym access or which keys for inside gates..there was an electric gas which I never used in my life and finding difficulties to turn it on. I asked her for help to show me once and she came and showed me with wrong facial expressions. Also on last day she came to the door at 9:50 while we were doing breakfast and packing ,she sit inside the property and gave me expressions that is this the way she gave me property?? And also she said to me that I should know Spanish as this is Spain..then I felt I should ignore her and concentrate in my packing or else I will forget my valuable items..ridiculous behaviour of her
