Asuntonolisi voinut olla viihtyisämpi; kaikki harmaata, wc-suihkutilan suihkuverho lyhyt, allas ja peili lähellä toisia, mikä hankaloitti kasvojen pesua, ei saunapeffettejä, puoleksi käytettyjä wc-paperirullia, ei astiatiskiharjaa, eteiseen isompi matto, parvekkeelle matto, keittiötasojen pistorasiat ei ilmeisesti toiminut, kiska kahvinkeitin & mikro hassusti matalalla pöydällä ..Talouspaperia ei ollut kuin aloitettu rulla.Kuivamuonakaapit: turhaa ruokaa. Pakasteessa jäätelöpakkaus, jossa 1 jäätelö. Poistakaa kaapeista jo käytetyt asiat.

The room is perfectly situated, and there's enough space for 3 people. And the private sauna is really nice.

The bed in the living room is really not that confortable.

Location is good.

The place could've been more cleaner. The shower and toilet was a bit dirty.

The apartment has some great features - the sauna was a really nice addition and made the stay more enjoyable, especially after a day out. The surrounding area is also very pleasant — it’s quiet and peaceful, while still having a good selection of nearby shops and bars within easy walking distance. Being close to the river and waterfront was a highlight as well. The apartment is also equipped with a TV, which was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. It was approximately a 25 minute walk towards the busier parts of Helsinki city centre.

The main issue with this stay was the cleanliness of the apartment on arrival. I read some of the previous reviews and decided to remain hopeful and confirm beforehand if the cleaning staff would have definitely serviced the apartment before my arrival. Despite confirming in advance that it would be properly cleaned, it was clear this had not been done. The floors and surfaces were not clean, there were old coffee grounds left in the machine, dishes still in the dishwasher, and dirt and crumbs in the fridge. There were also visible marks and hair on the kitchen surfaces, as well as marks on the bedroom wall that appeared to have been overlooked. Additionally, the balcony had a vase full of cigarette butts and dead flowers on the ground, which was surprising if not shocking, given the strict no-smoking policy communicated with me beforehand, as well as a threat of a 300 euro fine. Overall, the condition of the apartment did not meet expected standards and detracted from the stay.
