My recent stay at this apartment in Ayia Napa was great. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Its convenient location allowed me to enjoy both the peaceful surroundings and the lively attractions of the town. The apartment was roughly a 5-minute walk to the bus and taxi station at Ayia Napa square, which was really handy.
Check-in was easy and hassle-free, with key-box. The apartment's management had everything well-organized, and I was able to smoothly settle in upon arrival. They also created WhatsApp group for easy communication. We were grateful that they allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in.
The presence of two air conditioning units was certainly a welcomed feature.
All things considered, we were satisfied with our stay.
It would have been nicer if we had more than one towel per person.
The area around the building and the entrance were honestly not great, which was a bit of a letdown. The neighbors across occupied the entire space in front of the apartment with their shoes, belongings, and laundry, which was quite frustrating and their door was left open for most of the day.
It got a bit noisy when the windows were open, so we ended up sleeping with them closed.

First of all we liked the stuff! Great friendly people who made a whatsapp group with me and explained everything about our arrival in detail. Were always available for any kind of questions or requests, helped us find the way to get back to the airport, to leave our luggage in their offices after check out and before our flight.. We also liked facilities and location, the apartment is very clean.
Only one little thing - they could provide more than 2 towels by person, but i think if I asked them, they would certainly bring us some more :)

Very nice, clean, relaxing place. Not in the noisiest area, so you can rest, but not far from the clubs and restaurants.
