Located on a quiet dead end street. Off street parking. Three bedroom house with finished basement. 1 & 1/2 bath. Fully functional Kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. Washer/Dryer. Front deck, back patio. Surrounded by woods but is located in the city. Movie projector located in basement. Troy is rich in history and great unique shops down town. Walking distance to Mohawk Hudson bike trail. Great Farmers Market and nightlife.

Brenda was an excellent host. She checked in before and during our story to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. There were little extra in each room for anything we may had forgotten.

We had a great stay! The house was comfortable and homey, in part thanks to all the sweet touches that Brenda has throughout the house. Fast communication and great location close to lots of attractions.
