My friends and I stayed at this apartment while we studied abroad it could not have been more perfect! Everything was super clean, very modern, and worked perfectly. The location in gothic quarter by placa reial was amazing, so many restaurants, close enough to las ramblas, and not too far of a walk from the beach. Victor, the host, was so friendly, flexible, and great with responding promptly and always went above and beyond to help us out. I am going to recommend this property to my friends studying in Barcelona in the future because there is nothing I would change about our living accommodations. Thank you Victor for helping to make our time in Barcelona so seamless and memorable!

We stayed at this amazing property for one month in June/July. 5⭐️ across the board!
Victor was the most wonderful host and the property is absolutely lovely. It’s at the Center of everything and walking distance from anything you may want to see or do.
We would love to stay here again. Thank-you Victor!

I stayed here with two friends for three months for study abroad. Victor was so helpful with every part of the process from booking to checkout. He made sure to fix anything that wasn’t working properly and had great communication with us. The apartment was perfect for the three of us to live comfortably with updated appliances and comfy beds. There’s also two wonderful terraces that we loved. The location of the property was perfect, close to everything! Victor was even kind enough to help my friend out when she lost her phone and needed to have it shipped, he made sure it was safe at his own apartment so that my friend didn’t have to worry about a thing. 100% recommend this property for a short stay or a longer term visit!
